We run for a cosmopolitan society! We have been running under this motto for several years to set an example for diversity.

Everyone can join our weekly running meeting, because you can choose the running distance individually. Whether you want to run 1km, 3km, 5km or 10km, everyone is welcome. You don't have to be a sporty person. We will warm up together, stretch and run different distances. Please bring sports shoes and comfortable clothes suitable for sports, so (depending on the weather) e.g. an old t-shirt & shorts.
